UTC 78LXXM LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT 3-TERMINAL 0.2A POSITIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR DESCRIPTION The UTC 78LXXM family is monolithic fixed voltage regulator integrated circuit.
