It is therefore suitable as power switch in mainly highefficiency DC-DC converters. It is also intended for any application with low gate charge drive requirements. The technology is extremely resistant to assurance well functioning of the device inside the radiation environments. Every manufacturing lot is tested for total ionizing dose.
