DESCRIPTION Low-power voltage regulator diodes in a small plastic SMD SOD523 package. The diodes are available in the normalized E24 2% (BZX585-B) and 5% (BZX585-C) tolerance range. The series consists of 20 types with nominal working voltages from 2.4 to 15 V.
