| Model SM4450-43 4400-5000 MHz X Watt Linear Power Amplifier FOR TWT APPLICATIONS This solid state GaAs Telcom Amplifier is an exact "drop-in" for the Siemens RW248 TWT. For 16/64 QAM modulated radio links manufactured by Alcatel. This compact amplifier can deliver 20 Watts at its 1 dB compression point. The SM4450-43 is a complete kit consisting of the amplifier, power supply, cable and installation instructions. The amplifier features TWT type gain and gain flatness, Single DC Supply, Over Voltage Protection, Temperature Compensation, and Excess Thermal Protection.
