5 1 comparators - smt HMC674LC3C v08.0811 10 ghz latched comparator with rspecl output stage t he h mc 674l c 3 c is a latched c omparator with 10 ghz equivalent input bandwidth. t he device is comprised of three blocks: 1) a n input amplifer, 2) a latch, and 3) a n rsp e c l o utput buffer. t he latching circuit is level sensitive, and consists of a single high-speed latch. t he h mc 674l c 3 c comparator supports 10 gb/s operation. t he minimum input data latching pulse width is 60 ps. t he h mc 674l c 3 c operates in either t rack ( t ransparent) m ode, where the output follows the logical value of the input, or the latch (hold) m ode, where the output value is held to the logical value of the comparison result of the input just prior to (le -
